“Chef Ana was a revelation. She and her assistant prepared two incredible dinners for our 11-person group. Night 1 was a menu featuring her take on classic Portuguese dishes and Night 2 was a showcase of her Portuguese fusion vision. The food was sublime, innovative and very clearly lovingly prepared. Her explanations to the group enhanced the experience. As did the amazing Portuguese wines we purchased based on her pairing recommendations. Her smile, her joy, her love of cooking filled our AirBnB with such warmth as well. There were big hugs all around at the conclusion of the second night. I cannot recommend her more – a true highlight of our time in Portugal.”

“Our dinner at our Porto rental prepared and served by Ana Novo was THE highlight of our time in Portugal. From my first inquiry to Ana she was tremendous at answering any and all of my questions. She was able to accommodate our food allergies without compromising flavor our presentation. The meal she created was delicious and satisfying. We left the table feeling full but not overly so. From the appetizer of stuffed mushrooms to the caramel cream dessert, everything was beyond our expectations. Ana is a chef and human of the highest caliber. Her warmth and kindness was apparent. I strongly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.
